  • Courses that have been fully accessed or downloaded are not eligible for refunds.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.
  • Refund processing times may vary based on payment providers.
 
3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The user has completed a significant portion of the course.
  • The refund request is made after the eligibility period.
  • The course was purchased during a limited-time discount or promotion (unless stated otherwise).
  • The user violates MyUniOnline’s Terms and Conditions.
 
4. Instructor-Led Courses and Subscriptions
  • Instructor-led courses may have different refund policies, which will be clearly stated on the course page.
  • Subscription-based plans may be canceled at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial usage.
 
5. Technical Issues and Platform Errors
  • If a course is inaccessible due to technical errors on our platform, users must report the issue within 48 hours.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund or course credit may be offered.
