3. Non-Refundable Cases

- The refund request is made after the eligibility period.
- The course was purchased during a limited-time discount or promotion (unless stated otherwise).
- The user violates MyUniOnline’s Terms and Conditions.
4. Instructor-Led Courses and Subscriptions
- Instructor-led courses may have different refund policies, which will be clearly stated on the course page.
- Subscription-based plans may be canceled at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial usage.
5. Technical Issues and Platform Errors
- If a course is inaccessible due to technical errors on our platform, users must report the issue within 48 hours.
- If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund or course credit may be offered.
